3.2 Billing Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at Baby Box. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. This may include limiting quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and authorized third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Apple Pay). By submitting your payment details, you authorize us to charge the applicable payment method for the total amount of your order, including shipping and taxes.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Processing Times: Standard order processing takes 1 to 3 business days before dispatch, excluding holidays and weekends.

Shipping Rates & Delivery: Shipping charges and estimated delivery dates are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination and shipping speed chosen.

Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Baby Box are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We want you and your little one to love your purchase. If you need to make a return, our policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

5.1 Return Eligibility Window

You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, subject to the exclusions below.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

Pacifiers, teethers, and feeding accessories.

Opened pack-wear (such as underwear or socks).

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

Customized or personalized items.

Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities resulting from fabric materials (we encourage parents to wash all clothing before first-time wear with a baby-safe detergent).

Injuries resulting from improper use, alterations, or negligence.

Loss of profits, data, or use arising out of your inability to use the website.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our site or purchasing the specific product in question.
