At Baby Box, the safety and comfort of your little ones are our top priorities. We understand that sizing can be tricky and sometimes an item just isn't the perfect fit. Our return policy is designed to be fair while upholding the strict hygiene standards required for baby apparel.
1. The 14-Day Return Window
We gladly accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of the date your order was delivered. If 14 days have passed since your tracking information shows the package was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Condition Requirements for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it. Because these items are for infants, we strictly enforce the following standards:

Unworn and Unwashed: Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. We recommend washing items only after you are certain you are keeping them.

Odor and Pet-Free: Items must be free of stains, milk/formula residue, pet hair, and strong odors (such as perfume, smoke, or detergent).

Original Packaging and Tags: All original tags must still be securely attached. If the item came in a specific box or sealed pouch, it must be returned in that original, undamaged packaging.
3. Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items
For the health and safety of all our customers, certain categories of items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. These include:

Undergarments, training pants, and socks.

Swimwear (unless the protective hygiene liner remains fully intact).

Pacifiers, teethers, and any feeding accessories (bottles, nipples, bibs).

Customized, personalized, or monogrammed items.

Gift cards.

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Request Authorization: Email our customer care team at returns@babybox.com with your Order Number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Receive Your RMA: Once approved, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Pack Securely: Include the RMA number inside the package. Ensure the items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
5. Return Shipping Costs

Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., you received the wrong size, wrong item, or a damaged garment), Baby Box will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Shipping Recommendation: If you are shipping an item over $50, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

If an item is returned to us in an unacceptable condition (e.g., smells of smoke, missing tags), it will be shipped back to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.
7. Exchanges
Due to the fast-moving nature of our inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item for a refund (following the policy above) and make a separate purchase for the new item.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If you believe you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@babybox.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the defect. We will make it right immediately.
